Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Point Pilot account and the personal data we store for that account. This page describes how to do it in the app and how to contact us if you need help.

How to delete your account (in the app)

  1. Open the Point Pilot app on your device and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation).
  3. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated app data will be removed as described below.

Account deletion is available to signed-in users. If you cannot access the app, use the email option below.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow (for example, you lost access to your device), email us from the address associated with your account:

support@pointfolio.co

Include “Account deletion” in the subject line and the email address your account uses. We will verify ownership and process eligible requests within a reasonable time.
