Welcome to Pointfolio ("we", "our", or "the Service"), operated by Pointfolio.co. By downloading, installing, or using the Pointfolio app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Pointfolio is a travel rewards management and valuation tool. It helps you track loyalty points, compare miles versus cash, and plan redemptions. Pointfolio does not guarantee airline availability, award space, or redemption success. All valuations and recommendations are estimates based on available data and are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or travel advice.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. By using Pointfolio you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have your parent or guardian's permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at info@pointfolio.co if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
Pointfolio offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. The following applies to all paid subscriptions:

We reserve the right to remove content and restrict or terminate access without notice for any violation of these rules.
Pointfolio includes a community forum where users may post text, images, and links. You are solely responsible for the content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within the Service.
Prohibited content. In addition to the Acceptable Use rules above, forum posts must not contain:
Automated moderation. All posts and images are automatically scanned using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch and Google Safe Browsing. Content flagged as harmful is blocked before it becomes visible to other users. Automated moderation is not a substitute for human review. We also review reported content manually.
Reporting. If you see content that violates these rules, use the in-app report button on the post. We aim to review reports within 48 hours.
Consequences. Violations may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination, depending on severity. Illegal content, including CSAM, will be reported to law enforcement and, where required, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent authority.
DMCA / Copyright takedown. We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at info@pointfolio.co including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its URL or location; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the rights holder; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We will respond promptly and remove infringing content where appropriate. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
All content, features, and functionality of Pointfolio, including the app, website, logo, data, and text, are owned by Pointfolio.co and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The app displays ads served by Google AdMob. On iOS, we request your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before accessing your advertising identifier. You may opt out of personalised ads at any time through iOS Settings or your Google account. On Android, you can opt out via Google Settings → Ads. Opting out does not remove ads; it causes contextual (non-personalised) ads to be shown instead.
By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy. We collect account data via Firebase and process payments via Stripe. We do not sell your personal information. We share advertising identifiers with Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy and Section 8 above.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Loyalty program data, valuations, and transfer partner information may not always be current or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pointfolio.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, without prior notice and without liability to you. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@pointfolio.co. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
