Pointfolio Beta Testing Agreement

By submitting this form you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Beta Testing Agreement in full.

1. Pre-release software
You are receiving access to an unreleased beta version of Pointfolio. This software is incomplete, may contain bugs, and is provided strictly for testing purposes. It is provided "as is" with no guarantees of performance, accuracy, or data integrity.

2. Confidentiality
This beta is private. You agree not to publicly share screenshots, screen recordings, descriptions of features, or any information about the app's content or functionality on social media, blogs, forums, WhatsApp groups outside those authorised by Pointfolio, or any other public channel. You may discuss the app privately with other registered beta testers.

3. No commercial use
You may not use the beta app, its data, or any information obtained through it for commercial, business, or financial gain of any kind.

4. Feedback ownership
Any feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions you provide to us during the beta programme become the intellectual property of Pointfolio and may be incorporated into the product without compensation, credit, or further obligation to you.

5. No reverse engineering
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the app, its code, data structures, design, or underlying systems.

6. Loyalty program data
Pricing, valuations, and deal information shown in the beta may be incomplete or inaccurate. Nothing in the app constitutes financial or travel advice. All data is provided for testing purposes only.

7. Duration and revocation
Beta access may be revoked by Pointfolio at any time and without notice. This agreement remains in effect for the full duration of your participation in the beta programme.

8. Full Terms of Service
Your use of Pointfolio is also subject to the full Terms of Service and Privacy Policy available at pointfolio.co. In the event of conflict, this Beta Agreement takes precedence during the beta period.

9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
